Nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, Beechwood Quail Plantation affords a "step back" 100 years when wild game was plentiful. We have recreated this atmosphere for upland and lowland hunting where the hunter will be challenged to a point rarely seen in modern days.
Our quail are raised on the property in the large flight pens to ensure their flying ability. As one of Alabama few licensed quail preserves, we are required to deploy a minimum of 1,000 quail on the property each season. This allows pen raised birds to become "naturalized" which will challenge and excite most experienced hunters with their flying ability. We also offer same day deployment of the birds for those on a tighter schedule.
